today heralded the arrival of another newborn calf on my farm! the farmer urged me to hurry up with my camera to catch the new calf being born, alas in my speed i fell over and missed the actual birth! however these are the photos of the calf at less than a minute old, attempting to stand up with the help of his mother, the farmer and his mut!
